The Wasabi Company works with trade and wholesale account customers on all the products we offer. All products ship worldwide and our customers include: Fresh produce distributors; Wholesalers delivering to food service and retail; restaurants and retailers including deli's, farm shops, grocers and garden centres; manufacturers and processors.

- FRESH PRODUCE: Fresh wasabi including English and Japanese wasabi rhizomes, UK grown wasabi leaves, stems and flowers. Seasonal fresh citrus including yuzu, sudachi, finger limes (citrus caviar) and Buddha's hands.
- PREMIUM QUALITY JAPANESE INGREDIENTS: Authentic ingredients, many from artisan producers who are masters of their craft, including a wide range of aged soy sauce, long fermentation vinegars, ponzu, miso, fresh citrus juice, sesame oil & seeds, seaweed, tea, spices and seasonings.
- THE WASABI COMPANY OWN LABEL RANGE: The world's only mayonnaise and mustard made with fresh English wasabi leads this range which also includes yuzu mayonnaise, yuzu mustard, yuzu jam, organic soy sauce, yuzu soy sauce, Sudachi kombu ponzu (Vegan) and Sanbaizu rice vinegar.
- PROCESS INGREDIENTS: Fresh, frozen and powder wasabi products, yuzu juice and frozen peel and other ingredients suitable for use in many applications
About us
A family business happily growing watercress they took the decision to diversify in a radical way when they discovered wasabi had never before been grown in Europe. Specially adapted Victorian watercress beds on their Dorset and Hampshire farms run with mineral rich spring water where the wasabi thrives, until hand harvested and finely grated to deliver the rich, floral, and pungent flavour of real wasabi.
Inspired to share more classic flavours of Japanese cuisine they have discovered on their 10-year journey with wasabi the new range includes the famously aromatic and tart citrus yuzu and plenty of umami. The essence of Japanese cuisine – with a traditional English twist!
