Herkuul

Herkuul is a tender cold cut with a subtly salted and spiced taste. We select strip loin from Limousin and Blonde d'Aquitaine stock, from farms in our very own Flemish region. This implies a smaller ecological footprint, while maintaining the highest quality. The dry salting process and the secret mixture of spices release the flavours. The meat is then given 10 weeks to develop its own character. A tasteful, rebellious and local cold cut. A delicious substitute for the classic beef carpaccio or as an eye-catcher on the aperitif platter.
