Gin de Binche is one of the best gins in Belgium. From the premium ingredients to the design of the bottle... Even the touch of blood orange refers to the sacrifice made on Shrove Tuesday by the Gille, king of the Binche carnival. - A beautiful floral taste - A spicy touch - The subtlety of blood oranges A 100% local Belgian gin Our master distiller developed different formulas which were tested in a limited environment to finally create the unique taste of the Gin de Binche. The ingenious and fiery recipe of our gin consists of some typical ingredients for gin, such as juniper, lemon and clove. However, we added some special touches, such as caraway seeds, hyssop, a kind of brushwood with purple flowers, and of course the famous blood orange of Binche, which dominate the unique flavour of this gin. Our Belgian gin has already been awarded more than 10 medals, including the highest honours in the spirits competitions of New York, San Francisco and Brussels. Tasting Our Gin de Binche has a floral taste which is followed by the spicy touch of juniper. The aftertaste is very subtle and is characterised by the refined taste of blood orange. The result is a smooth, tasty and very aromatic gin! The Gin de Binche has a fine and soft taste that you can enjoy pure. Of course, you can also mix our gin in cocktails, but in combination with a neutral tonic with natural aromas, the specific and unique taste palette of our creation is shown to its best advantage.
